The behavioral health company had some challenges finding staff, particularly, with the onset of Covid, they faced challenges in finding quality direct support providers in their rural program locations. Although the company has a corporate recruiter, they knew that additional support was needed since their methods of traditional ( and some nontraditional) recruiting were not yielding results.
